Welcome to Lylaki Flower Boutique ("Lylaki", "we", "us"). By visiting www.lylaki.com or placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.
1. Our products
Every Lylaki arrangement is handcrafted with fresh, natural flowers. Because flowers are seasonal and each piece is made by hand, your arrangement may differ slightly from the photos in colour, size or variety. If a specific flower is unavailable, our florists will replace it with one of equal or greater value while keeping the style and colour palette of your order. Newborn gift sets may include substitute items of similar quality if a featured item is out of stock.
2. Orders and payment
All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable. An order is confirmed once payment has been received. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or unavailability of products; in that case you will receive a full refund.
3. Delivery
We deliver within the UAE. Please make sure the recipient's name, address and phone number are correct. If the recipient is unavailable, we will try to contact them; a second delivery attempt may be charged. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.
4. Event services
Quotes for events are valid for 14 days. Event bookings are confirmed after the agreed deposit has been paid. Changes and cancellations for events are subject to the terms stated in your personal quote.
5. Lylaki Rewards
Points earned through Lylaki Rewards have no cash value, cannot be transferred and may be changed or discontinued by Lylaki with reasonable notice.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including photos, designs, texts and the Lylaki logo, belongs to Lylaki Flower Boutique and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
7. Liability
Lylaki is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information or circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the value of the order.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
