How does a Lylaki flower subscription work?
Choose your style and budget, tell us your preferred delivery day, and our florists will deliver a fresh, seasonal arrangement to your door every week. Each delivery is designed with the best flowers of the week, so your home or office always feels new.
How often will I receive flowers?
Our subscriptions are delivered weekly, on the same day each week that you choose.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver subscriptions across Dubai and Sharjah.
Will I receive the same arrangement every week?
No - every delivery is a new design. We work with fresh, seasonal flowers, so varieties and shades change from week to week, while the style, quality and value you chose stay the same.
Can I choose colours or tell you which flowers I prefer?
Of course. Share your favourite colour palette, flowers you love and anything you would like us to avoid (for example scented lilies or pollen), and our florists will design around your preferences.
Can I pause, skip or cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can pause, skip a delivery or cancel at any time with no fees - simply let us know at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery.
Can I change my delivery day or address?
Yes, just contact us at least 48 hours before your next delivery and we will update it for you.
Can I send a subscription as a gift?
Absolutely - a weekly flower subscription makes a beautiful gift. Add the recipient's details and a personal card message, and we will take care of the rest.
What happens if nobody is home at delivery?
Our driver will call the recipient. If no one is available, we can leave the flowers with reception, a concierge or security, or arrange a new delivery time.
How do I keep my flowers fresh for longer?
Trim the stems at an angle every two days, change the water regularly, keep the vase away from direct sunlight, air conditioning vents and fruit, and remove any fading blooms.
