Shipping policy

We deliver fresh flowers and gifts across the UAE. Delivery charges and available time slots are shown at checkout before you pay. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed early in the day, subject to flower availability and delivery capacity. Delivery times are estimates; delays may occur due to traffic, weather or building access. Please provide a complete address and a reachable recipient phone number. If delivery fails because the recipient is unavailable or the details are incorrect, a second delivery attempt may be charged. For time-critical deliveries such as events, please let us know when ordering. Questions? WhatsApp us at +971 50 208 2007.
