Points have no cash value. Yearly privileges are based on your total spend in our boutique and online in the 12 months before your birthday. Referral points are added once your friend's first order is completed. Lylaki may update the program at any time.

Terms and conditions

The small print, kept simple.

Membership
  • Lylaki Club is free to join. A full Lylaki account with your name, mobile number, email and date of birth is required.
  • One account per person. Points cannot be transferred, combined or shared between accounts.
Earning points
  • Points are earned on completed purchases in our boutiques and on lylaki.com, based on the amount paid after any discounts.
  • Each order earns at the level that matches its value: Petal (10 points per AED 1), Bloom on orders of AED 500 and above (12 points per AED 1) and Blossom on orders of AED 1,000 and above (15 points per AED 1).
  • Shop purchases usually appear within a few minutes. Online orders appear once the order is completed.
  • Points earned on orders that are cancelled, refunded or returned will be removed.
Redeeming points
  • Every 5,000 points can be redeemed for AED 50 off a purchase, in full AED 50 rewards.
  • Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Welcome and bonus points
  • The 2,500 welcome points, double points on your first order and double points in your birthday month are given once per member, per occasion.
Refer a friend
  • Your personal referral code becomes available after your first order.
  • The friend must be new to Lylaki, create an account using your code and complete their first paid order.
  • Once that first order is completed, you receive 2,500 points and your friend receives an extra 1,500 points.
  • One referral bonus per new customer. Referring yourself, or using more than one account, is not eligible.
Your Lylaki year and birthday gifts
  • Your Lylaki year is the 12 months before your birthday. Spend in our boutiques and online during that time decides your circle: Ivory (AED 5,000+), Lilac (AED 12,000+) or Orchid (AED 18,000+).
  • You receive one birthday gift per year, matching the highest circle you reached. Gifts from different circles do not combine.
  • Your date of birth must be saved on your account to qualify.
General
  • Lylaki may remove points or close an account in case of misuse or error.
  • Lylaki may update or end the program at any time. Any changes will be shown on this page.

The Loyalty Program is our way of saying thank you. Every time you shop with us, you collect points that turn into discounts on your future orders.

How do I join?

Joining is free. Just create your Lylaki account on our Join Lylaki Club page with your name, email, mobile number and birthday. It takes less than a minute, and your 2,500 welcome points are added after you join.

How do I earn points?

Every order earns points automatically: 10 points per AED 1 (Petal), 12 points per AED 1 on orders of AED 500+ (Bloom) and 15 points per AED 1 on orders of AED 1,000+ (Blossom). New members also receive 2,500 welcome points, double points on their first order and double points during their birthday month.

How much are my points worth?

Every point is worth AED 0.01, so 5,000 points = AED 50 off your next order. That is up to 15% back on everything you spend.

When can I redeem my points?

You can redeem your points once you have collected at least 5,000 points. Points are redeemed in full AED 50 rewards (every 5,000 points = AED 50 off). Just let our team know at checkout that you would like to use them.

Can I earn points on online orders?

Yes. Every paid order on lylaki.com earns points automatically, just like in our shops, and they appear in My Rewards within a few minutes. Your shop and online points are one balance. Redeeming points on lylaki.com is coming soon; for now you can redeem them in our shops.

How can I check my points balance?

Ask our team in the shop or send us a message at info@lylaki.com and we will be happy to share your balance.

Can I use my points together with other offers?

Points can be used together with most offers unless an offer states otherwise. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
