Delivery policy

Every Lylaki order is prepared by hand and brought to the door by our delivery team.

Where we deliver

We deliver across all of the UAE: Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. We do not deliver outside the UAE.

Delivery fee

  • The delivery fee depends on your delivery location.
  • Pin the delivery address on the map in your cart and the exact fee is shown straight away, before you pay.
  • The same fee appears at checkout. All prices, including delivery, include 5% VAT.

Delivery slots and order cut-off times

  • 8 am to 12 pm: order by 3 pm the day before
  • 12 pm to 5 pm: order by 5 am on the same day
  • 5 pm to 10 pm: order by 2 pm on the same day
  • 10 pm to 12 am: order by 3 pm on the same day
  • You can book delivery up to 3 days ahead

Track your order

Once your order is on its way you can follow it live on our map from Track my order, and we share a photo when it has been delivered.

Good to know

  • Please give a full address and a reachable recipient phone number.
  • If the recipient is unavailable we will contact you. A second delivery attempt may be charged if the recipient is unavailable or the details are incorrect.
  • Delivery times can vary slightly due to traffic, weather or building access.
